Botox vs. Dysport vs. Xeomin vs. Jeuveau vs. Daxxify vs. Letybo: Price Comparison 2026
There are now six FDA-approved neuromodulators (wrinkle relaxers) on the market, and clinics are pricing them very differently. Most articles compare Botox to maybe Dysport. We're comparing all six — with real prices from real clinics.
Here's the thing nobody tells you: comparing neuromodulator prices per unit is misleading if you don't account for dosing differences. This guide does the math for you.
The Quick Comparison
| Brand | Manufacturer | Per-Unit Range | Equivalent Dose* | Cost for Equivalent Dose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Botox | Allergan (AbbVie) | $10–$22/unit | 20 units | $200–$440 | 3–4 months |
| Dysport | Galderma | $3.60–$16/unit | 60 units | $216–$960 | 3–4 months |
| Xeomin | Merz | $8–$18/unit | 20 units | $160–$360 | 3–4 months |
| Jeuveau | Evolus | $10–$16/unit | 20 units | $200–$320 | 3–4 months |
| Daxxify | Revance | $6–$12/unit | 40 units | $240–$480 | 6–9 months |
| Letybo | Hugel (via Evolus) | $10–$14.50/unit | 20 units | $200–$290 | 3–4 months |
*Approximate equivalent dose for frown lines (glabellar area). Dysport uses an approximately 2.5–3:1 ratio vs. Botox. Daxxify uses approximately 2:1. All others use the same unit count as Botox for this area, though units are not officially interchangeable between brands.
The Unit Conversion Problem
This is the single most important thing to understand about neuromodulator pricing:
Dysport units are not the same as Botox units. A clinic charging $5/unit for Dysport isn't cheaper than one charging $15/unit for Botox — they're roughly the same price, because you need approximately 2.5–3x more Dysport units.
Similarly, Daxxify uses roughly 2x the units of Botox for the same area (40 units Daxxify vs. 20 units Botox for frown lines, per FDA labeling).
Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Letybo are all dosed at the same unit count for glabellar lines — but their units are still technically not interchangeable. In practice, most clinics treat them as 1:1.
When you see prices, always convert to approximate "effective cost per Botox-equivalent unit":
- Dysport $5/unit ÷ 3 = $15 Botox-equivalent
- Daxxify $10/unit ÷ 2 = $20 Botox-equivalent (but lasts ~2x longer)
- Xeomin $12/unit = $12 Botox-equivalent
Brand-by-Brand Pricing Breakdown

The Dysport Pricing Trap
Our data shows Dysport pricing falls into two distinct clusters — and the difference matters more than you'd think.
Cluster 1: Conversion-aware pricing ($3.60–$6/unit) — Clinics like Juvly ($3.67–$5), UPKEEP ($5), NYC Rejuvenation ($3.60), and Tribeca MedSpa ($6) price Dysport to reflect the 2.5–3x conversion ratio. At these prices, your total treatment cost comes out roughly equal to Botox — which is the point.
Cluster 2: Near-Botox pricing ($12–$16/unit) — Clinics like Evolve Med Spa ($13), StudioMD ($12.80), Trifecta ($16), and SkinTight ($16) price Dysport per unit at rates close to Botox. At these prices, you're paying significantly more for Dysport than you would for Botox at the same clinic.
Here's the math for a 50 Botox-equivalent unit treatment (forehead + frown + crow's feet):
| Scenario | Units | Per Unit | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Botox at mid-range | 50 | $15 | $750 |
| Dysport at $5/unit (conversion-aware) | 150 | $5 | $750 |
| Dysport at $13/unit (near-Botox pricing) | 150 | $13 | $1,950 |
Same brand, same treatment, wildly different totals depending on how the clinic prices it.
What to do: If a clinic quotes Dysport above $6/unit, ask for the total treatment cost and compare it directly to their Botox total. Some clinics at $12–$16/unit may be using fewer Dysport units than the standard conversion ratio — others may just be overcharging. Either way, get the total number before you commit.
Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA)
"Naked" neurotoxin — no complexing proteins. This means less chance of developing antibody resistance over time. Same dosing as Botox (1:1), typically priced 10–25% lower.
| Clinic | Location | Per Unit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deluxe Med Spa | CA, WA (5 locations) | $8 | Lowest tracked nationally |
| Evolve Med Spa | NJ (10 locations) | $10 | |
| Stay Ageless | Long Island, NY (2 locations) | $10 | |
| Ratio NYC | Manhattan | $12 | |
| Trifecta Med Spa | Manhattan, Long Island (4 locations) | $12 | |
| SkinTight MedSpa | Manhattan | $16 | |
| Tribeca MedSpa | Manhattan | $16 | |
| UPKEEP Med Spa | Manhattan, Brooklyn (4 locations) | $18 |
National range: $8–$18/unit NYC range: $10–$18/unit
Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs)
Marketed as "Newtox" — same mechanism as Botox but newer to market and usually cheaper. Same dosing as Botox (1:1).
| Clinic | Location | Per Unit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tru Aesthetics | Coeur d'Alene, ID | $10 | Lowest nationally |
| Juvly | OH, WI, MN, TX, FL (10 locations) | $11–$15 | Multiple price points |
| Hello Hydration | NJ (3 locations) | $10 | |
| Skin Envy | Brooklyn, NY | $10 | |
| BHRC Totowa | Totowa, NJ | $10 | Patient-reported |
| Selfie House | Manhattan | $12 | |
| Stay Ageless | Long Island, NY (2 locations) | $14 | |
| SkinTight MedSpa | Manhattan | $16 |
National range: $10–$16/unit NYC range: $10–$16/unit
Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm)
The long-lasting option. Daxxify uses a peptide instead of human albumin, and results last 6–9 months vs. 3–4 for traditional neurotoxins. Uses roughly 2x Botox dosing.
| Clinic | Location | Per Unit | Botox-Equivalent* | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Providence Plastic Surgery | Charlotte, NC | $6 | $12 | Lowest tracked |
| Selfie House | Manhattan | $7 | $14 | |
| Trifecta Med Spa | Manhattan, Long Island (4 locations) | $8 | $16 | |
| Stay Ageless | Long Island, NY (2 locations) | $8 | $16 | |
| Tribeca MedSpa | Manhattan | $9 | $18 | |
| Tru Aesthetics | Coeur d'Alene, ID | $12 | $24 |
*Per-unit cost × 2, since Daxxify uses ~2x Botox dosing. But remember — it lasts ~2x longer, so annual cost may be lower.
The real value calculation for Daxxify: If Botox costs $15/unit and lasts 3.5 months (3 treatments/year = $15 × 20 units × 3 = $900/year for frown lines), and Daxxify at $9/unit lasts 7 months (1.7 treatments/year = $9 × 40 units × 1.7 = $612/year) — Daxxify wins on annual cost despite the higher per-treatment price.
Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA)
The newest entrant — FDA-approved in 2024, manufactured by Hugel (South Korea) and distributed in the US by BENEV Company. Same 1:1 dosing as Botox. Very limited availability so far.
| Clinic | Location | Per Unit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Evolve Med Spa | NJ (10 locations) | $10 | |
| Evolve Med Spa | PA, MD (4 locations) | $10 | |
| Juvly | OH, WI, MN, TX, FL (10 locations) | $10.50–$14.50 | Multiple price points |
Juvly also lists Letybo flat-rate pricing for trapezius (Barbie Botox) at $850–$900 across all locations — which is competitive given that trap Botox typically requires 40–80 units per side.
National range: $10–$14.50/unit NYC data: Limited — Evolve NJ locations at $10/unit are closest metro option
The Apples-to-Apples Comparison
Here's what a typical treatment actually costs at each brand's most common price point, based on our data:
Frown Lines (Glabellar) — 20 Botox-Equivalent Units
| Brand | Typical Per-Unit | Units Needed | Treatment Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xeomin | $12 | 20 | $240 |

Full Upper Face (Forehead + Frown + Crow's Feet) — ~50 Botox-Equivalent Units
| Brand | Typical Per-Unit | Units Needed | Treatment Cost | Annual Cost (3x/yr) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Xeomin | $12 | 50 | $600 | $1,800 |
| Letybo | $10.50 | 50 | $525 | $1,575 |
| Jeuveau | $12 | 50 | $600 | $1,800 |

| Botox | $15 | 50 | $750 | $2,250 |
| Daxxify | $9 | 100 | $900 | ~$1,542* |
*Daxxify annual cost assumes 1.7 treatments/year (every 7 months) vs. 3 for standard neurotoxins.
So Which One Should You Get?
This isn't medical advice, but here's the pricing logic:
Best value per treatment: Xeomin or Letybo — same results as Botox, typically 20–30% cheaper per unit, 1:1 dosing makes price comparison straightforward.
Best annual value (if you maintain year-round): Daxxify — higher per-treatment cost but fewer visits. Do the math for your specific dosage.
Most popular / safest bet: Botox — the most clinical data, most experienced injectors, and you know exactly what you're getting.
Best budget option: Dysport at a clinic that prices it correctly (look for $3.50–$5/unit). At $5/unit with 3:1 conversion, you're paying $15/Botox-equivalent — same as mid-range Botox.
Newest / least data: Letybo — great pricing but limited track record in the US. Early adopter territory.
What to Ask Your Injector
- "What brand do you use, and why?" A good injector has a reason beyond "it's cheapest."
- "How many units will I need?" This matters more than per-unit price. 40 units at $12 ($480) is cheaper than 20 units at $25 ($500), but if you only needed 20, you overpaid.
- "Do you offer multiple brands?" Clinics that carry several options can match the product to your needs rather than defaulting to whatever they bought in bulk.
- "What's the per-unit price, not the per-area price?" Some clinics quote per-area to obscure the per-unit rate. Always get both numbers.
The Bottom Line
All six neuromodulators work. They all relax muscles, they all smooth wrinkles, and none of them are dramatically "better" than the others for most patients. The differences are in pricing, longevity, and availability.
The biggest mistake people make is comparing per-unit prices without accounting for dosing differences. Dysport at $5/unit is not cheaper than Botox at $15/unit — it's the same price. Daxxify at $9/unit looks expensive until you factor in that you need half as many treatments per year.
Of course, price is only one part of the decision. Your injector's experience, the clinic's safety standards, and which product works best for your anatomy all matter more than saving a few dollars per unit. Use pricing data to understand what's fair — then choose your provider based on expertise and trust.
